Intern/Working Student Finance (m/w/d)

You will support our Finance Team, using your analytical skills to analyze our company's financial and commercial performance and to further develop our finance operations.

• Shape Finance: You will work closely with our CEO & CFO, helping to evolve our finance department and enable data-driven decision-making processes.

• Financial Controlling & Forecasts: You will support us with monthly analyses, forecasts, and budget/financial planning, while further developing our controlling processes.

• Data Analytics: You will prepare strategic ad-hoc analyses to support top management in decision-making.

• Gain Insights: You will work directly with the founders and top management of one of the fastest-growing Greentech startups, with the chance to take responsibility for your own workstreams from day one.

• Studies: You are currently in your Master’s, in the second half of your Bachelor’s, or in a gap year in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field with excellent results.

• Experience: You have already gained experience in Finance or similar areas through internships or working student jobs, e.g., in top-tier consulting, a startup or scale-up, VC, or Investment Banking—and have previously worked on financial models.

• Analytical: You possess a strong analytical mindset and structured way of thinking, enabling you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.

• Hard Skills: You are very confident in using Excel/Google Sheets. Initial experience with Salesforce and/or BI Tools such as Tableau are a plus, but not required.

• Language: Very good German and English skills.

• Availability: Whether as a full-time internship or as a working student (15-20 hours per week) for at least 6 months – we look forward to meeting you!
